| NCMA is owned by Rick and Jennifer Jones and has been located at the corner of El Camino Real and La Costa Ave for the past 8 years. It had been their goal to build a martial arts school that offered not only an effective self defense program for children and adults, but also a comprehensive program of personal growth and development. The emphasis on teaching the life skills of leadership, integrity, goal setting, self discipline and academic excellence has been integral in the development of strong individuals and families.
